Information we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, mobile phone number, email address, your device model, the repair you need and the visit time you choose.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and working. With a quote request we also note how you reached our site (for example an ad or a search link), so we know which of our ads are useful.

How we use it

To prepare your quote, contact you about your repair the way you asked (text, email or both), confirm and remind you of your visit, and answer your questions.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

We text you only if you check the consent box on the quote form. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See our SMS Terms for details.

Service providers

We use service providers to run the website, send texts and send emails. They process your information only to provide these services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and messages for up to one year, unless a longer period is needed for a repair warranty or the law.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop messages. To see, correct or delete your information, contact the store that handled your request (see Contact).
